By booking our photography services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit of [40%] of the total amount.
Remaining balance must be paid on the event day.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI or any other agreed method.
Cancellations made [15 days] before the event will receive a partial refund.
Cancellations made after 7days will not be refunded, but booking may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 8 weeks after the event.
All final images will be in [JPEG/MP4/Other] format unless otherwise agreed.
All images remain the property of [WEDDINGWISH PHOTOGRAPHY] unless otherwise stated.
Clients are granted a personal use license for the delivered images.
The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
The client must provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, contact person).
Delays or changes in the event schedule may affect coverage.
We are not responsible for events outside our control (weather, lighting, venue restrictions, etc.).
In case of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
